We are aware of an intermittent issue with some of the slots on our large charging stations at Westfield shopping centre. This issue may result in your power bank not being released but the rental period and timer beginning.

We apologise for this inconvenience and we are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Further, in January we will be replacing all of the charging stations in Westfield with a brand-new and upgraded model.
